我也搭车推荐一个吧, The Pyramid Principle，网上可以搜到ppt，道理非常简单，但自己很难捉摸出来过，对于怎么精炼的口头和书面汇报很有启发。对我来说，是一语惊醒梦中人的感觉，从此写email和打电话之前都会自觉检查下有没有应用好那条法则。
