最好IN WRITING, 请不请律师都可以, 但是即使请律师过目也不需要很多钱. 你可以自己起草, 然后由律师修正. 不复杂的话, 不会超过2个小时(约$300).

你可以写一份委托书，在中国驻加拿大使领馆公证后，寄回国内，委托你信的过的亲友找一位律师，让你ＬＧ把他所有对你的经济承诺写成一个协议，而且付款方式最好不要有条件，比如什么他有款项时就付，而是写成分期付款方式。有人说得对，一旦你ＬＧ再婚，没有协议，你是什么也别想得到。
