这就是我说的，有问题应该是直接到gearbest的网站或者打gearbest的电话解决。需要借助其他论坛来解决问题恰恰是不够reliable的表现。

可以直接在Gearbest网站解决的，在网站submit ticket, 会有客服来处理，：-）
