IN canada, Etrade is cheapest: $27/transaction. TDW is good at service: $29/transaction.

Generally speaking, those figures, 27/transaction, 29/transaction is correct. Most people only trade stocks falling in those two service fee range anywayz....

if you trade canadian stocks, the cheapest brokers are etrade (27) and scotia (25). if you only trade us stocks, datek is only 10.99 - it will be open for canadian residents by the end of this month.
