可以. 我办过. 你要先给ING寄一张美圆支票,写明开US Dollar Savings Account. 钱不用多,10或20加币都可以, 然后另外付信写上请他们set up link btween your chequing account and ING US dollar savings account so that you can transfer funds electronically in the future. 帐号建立好后就可以转钱了. 有什么不明白的地方给他们打个电话问问就可以啦.

小姐说, 我可以跟CIBC柜员要一张临时支票, 不收钱. CIBC也说可以给这个USD SAVINGS A/C定支票, 但要钱.

It's no use. Only if the cheque you sent to ING has your account info, than ING knows how to create a link between your account in ING and your other bank caaount, otherwise, don't waste your time

临时支票上是有你的账户信息，写上你的账户就行了。不过我记得支票是和chequing account相对应的，有chequing account才会给你临时支票。Anyway, 你去CIBC问问，总有办法的。

我用的是皇家银行的账户，临时支票上没有个人信息。当时我寄了100
美元去ING,到现在还在ING躺着。你可以自己检查支票。我不懂，临时支票如果有个人信息，那是大家都可以通用的东东阿

Wake your initial deposit by writing a personal cheque on your existing chequing account for any amount. So you need to open your US chequing account first in CIBC. I did it last week.
