其实基本上没有区别，银行开的一般叫MONEY DRAFT邮局的叫MONEY ORDER。还有一种分法是1000以下叫MONEY ORDER。以上的叫MONEY DRAFT。就是汇票的意思。唐人街有很多银行的，一般到那里再开也来的及。带上驾照和SIN卡有的银行需要这个。

money order for transfer small amount of money and bank draft for big amount of money. When you want to but one, just tell banker you want to buy a money/bank draft.

last time, when I bought a money order I wrote the title after I got it. but I am not sure it's the rule for any bank. So you'd better know the title first.

Ask the foreign exchange to hold the rate for you (say half an hour) while you go to your bank nearby to get a bank draft in the exact amount and in their title.
