安省99年有每户$200的一次性能源退税, 和收入无关, 在2000年中发放. 我可是赶上这一波了, 搬了几箱Beer回家.

是的. 原因是99年安省居民的能源价格上涨太多, 省府年底又有结余.可惜现在涨价照旧, 退税的没有.

You dont need apply "能源退税". GOV caculates it and gives it to you based on your income. Around 250/year.

Only you worked in 1999 and claimed tax return in 2000, you can get the check from Ontario goverment automatically.
