Certified Cheque- A cheque drawn on a customer's account. The amount of the cheque is fully guaranteed.Money Order-A guaranteed form of payment in amounts up to and including $1,000. A customer might request a money order in order to pay for tuition fees at a university or a college, or for a magazine subscription.
Bank Draft -A guaranteed form of payment which is issued in amounts over $1000.

It depends on your bank. Some bank charge $5 for it.
