No enquery will be posted.You should go to consulate of PRC @ toronto and they provide some
forms to ask you fill. And you have to apply the visa from them and other
procedure will be handle in china. Free to go anywhere is logged in
Freedom Chart of canada. So canada government will not enqurey you.
Only thing is in China part.

可以办个寄养公证,中国领事馆就给办。回国后办寄养证时也需要。
