CIK is a same bad company.When I cancelled my service. I was been charged one more month activation fee for availability of number transfer plus $25 number transfer fee. Also a package box charge $10 as they said when I returned device I didn't return a paper box (not kidding) - a package box - a paper box! As I know there is no company charge a phone number transfer fee.

CIK is another ASSHOLE网络速度奇慢，电视遥控器失灵，电话时断时续。
经过了6个月的不停投诉，注意是投诉不是客服电话，来了个中国的technician。换了我自己bell的wifi router，换了个电视盒，才算好了。其实电视还是时有时无的。
