This Jewish family's financial history is very lengthyThey have 3 pages of mortgages, personal loans, line of credits. Guess that's one of the reasons lawyers missed out.
I would never understand such "RICH" folks need to borrow money repeatedly to live in daily life ( driving BMWs, having multiple million dollar homes/cottages...)

further discussionI was simply replied your question since you were questioning why the second mortgage. They were both registered in 1989 which are not in current computing system. Then got transferred over to other items later on. In fact, both of them are not mortgage, should be personal loan or something which are problem when I need to sell the house since they are still attached. OK, I will file complaint ASAP. Should I do so against my lawyer or the seller's lawyer?

应该是我说对不起应该是我说对不起，我的中文输入经常出问题，而且有些词汇我怕自己翻译得不对。我在问我是应该投诉我自己的律师还是卖方律师。

先从自己方的下手吧。不过律师里好人的少之又少，买方，卖方，半斤对 6 两。先打电话给 BAR，了解了制裁手段，才好 ATTACK。

BAR and The Law Society在Ontario BAR Association网站上找了半天，也没看到提交投诉的地方，明天打电话问吧。倒是有个小册子，仔细看了，觉得很有用，买卖房应该看看，了解律师的职责和自己的权利。贴在这，希望对大家有帮助：

The Law Society of Upper Canada 是有投诉的地方的，3年以内的期限，如有特殊情况可以考虑通融。
