As long as it's minus 5 degree above, and it's not windy outsides, I would prefer outdoor workout. I even biked in winter, and jogged in -20 temperature. In the worst times,The sweats from my head turned into icicles sticking on my hat. My strong joists also attribute to the stretching and yoga I practised from time to time, in the office, and early morning right after getting out of bed. I drank lots of water becasue of all these, far more than a normal person drank.

It depends.
You have to have persistence, perseverance, a passion, a dream, a will to make a miracle.PPls are always different. Some ppls are such a stubborn, self-torturing, cruel asshole that if they determined to run 10km, it will not be 9.99km. If it’s for everyday, it will happen even if it’s rain, it’s snow. However, most of ppls takes an easy way towards life. It’s just a personal choice.

10km run only takes me 45-50mins a day. Biking is for commute and grocery shopping only so it will not use my spare time.
