I am using E*Trade. It is not bad, in terms of doing its job: execute your order. The customer service is a bit slow, but I was told by friends that others are even worse.

如果不比较，差别感觉不会太大。但e-trader和其他broker比在速度，服务，和提供内容方面都有差距。
