看来你对senior 和management的意思有不准确的理解。先把自己从高处放下来，就理解，这世界除了你的亲人，没人会天天盯着你的一举一动，因为你不值那个‘价’。Senior 的内涵在不同行业差别极大，一般说，三五年后都算senior。management也就是‘manage’，就是一种工作，工作内容是‘管理’，有的是‘管理’人， 有的是管理课题，俗称‘管理’资源。这与中国人传统观念中的‘官’的概念不一样。在西方，senior xxx 在很多领域遭滥用。除非你的title前加上个executive，你就与‘官’接近了。

烂公司大家都遇到过，没必要和他们一般见识。我混得不愉快的公司也有过，那是个犹太人的老板，只是重用他自己同种族的人。很典型的隐性歧视，抓不到证据，但是很偏心。
我离开的时候，并没有去揭发他们，让市场来说话，更有效。后来公司花了几个米粒，支持不下去了，把那个项目取消，Manager好像至今仍在市场上自由自在的失业着。和他一个种族的那位同事，技术水平很烂，失业后总算找到了一个稳定性很差的小公司。
如果我当时用模棱两可的证据起诉他们，远不如市场对他们的惩罚严重。

他们确实有证据, 但是他们不捉贼. 因为罪犯是百人, 有钱有势力, 而我是 small potato. 警察已经用sound tracker 录下黑手党对我的威胁言论, 间接知道他们的身份, 但是他们只调查, 不抓人. 一个gadget 女警察对我喊, 即使抓住他们也不会说因为我报的案, 也不会对我赔偿, 我就应该受罪, 白受威胁.
这些警察知道我在这里发贴, 也在给自己的不当言论找借口, 但是, 他们有证据, 不抓人, 反过来, 欺骗我, 说这里没有罪案发生. 这是无法解释的.
