枫下茶话 / 法律 / Witness Needed, --Accident on Dec 07, Friday, 5:00pm, Kennedy and Helen, Honda CRV silver hit by behind JaguarI was hit by behind car when I was waiting for the trafic light. It's very obvious that the other car should be resposible. But they for some how find a so called witness, and they make a fake story said I was changing lane. Now my insurence company tends to believe I should be responsible for the accident! I want to find some one who is in the accident location that day, and could stand out for the justice.
Any helps are much appreciated and will be rewarded.
Please help!
