不好意思,中文输入太慢.我用Nikon SB600.I am using Nikon, so I have SB600. When I was ouside I use internal flash most of the time, when in door, I use SB600, because kids move so fast, and I have to set speed above 1/100 while iso cannot set too high(below ISO 800). And do not point flash directly at people, make flash point at ceil and wall.
