应该没有问题，签证的时候肯定是不会问这个问题，应该也不会调查，基本上就是材料，钱交了，就给签，似乎没有啥验证的过程。

Search "expunge Toronto" and find procedure on how. You probably need to do a finger print and send application to somewhere. Once approved, and judge grants it, you send copies to police and prescution.
