I saw you already ask twice. Do you mean the SIM card in cellphone has been formatted? It should not be an easy task to format a SIM card.

I haven't heard any camera has SIM card. 99% i think it's a SD card. Do you know the brand of the card? Normally you can find a free tool from the manufacture website. Or google with key words "free unformat". good luck!
