枫下茶话 / 法律 / 离婚打了几年，对方仍没按法庭的order(09年)公开所有账户和完整的TAX信息。比如对方TaxReturn明明有利息、投资收入，却一直在否认有T3/T5表，明显撒谎。所雇律师办案不力，三年竟连T3/T5表都要不过来，已被开掉。请高人指点一下用什么有效的办法对付很无赖的对方？多谢！

因为我的账号很多，有几百页。我相信我的前律师已经全部给过对方律师（fax or email)，但每次要对方的时，对方律师不是说少这个就是说少那个。很无赖.

但事实是，到目前为止对方并没遵守2009年法官的disclosure order. 几次meeting和去年底trial上，我都提到过，但法官并未给与对方任何惩罚。到底怎样办才有效？

I haven't got what I need -- I need the other party's T3/T5s which will aprove that the party has hidden investment account(s). The good lawyer is rare especailly in Family Law -- they just want to make case more complicated and last longer :-)

Be patient be strong. Beat the hell out of it. But prepare to bomprise as much as you can too. MOVE ON as you can. Lawyers are the winners.

我的理解 -- MOTION 多数是对方不同意的东西，没必要和对方打招呼，打了也没有，还把牌亮了。少数 MOTION 是大家底下商量好，MOTION 就是个 PAPERWORK, FORMALITY。只有在后者的情况里，你才需要和对方律师打招呼。如果不需要打招呼，得用当天的日子。

MOTION 好像是 LAWYER 准备的。最后有个 CERTIFY 的 CLAUSE。我没见过自己准备的 MOTION。你如果有 ATTORNEY PRESENT 的时候，照理说你不能自己做 MOTION。
