枫下茶话 / 法律 / 汽车转LEASE被DEALER的经手人员误导没有要回DEPOSIT请问能起诉DEALER吗？详见帖子。汽车转LEASE给一个老外，转之前问过DEALER负责的FINANCIAL MAGAGER何时对方会把security deposit返还给我，回答是两周。所以就没有跟接手的人要这个钱。结果过了一段发现钱没到，去问DEALER的财务部门才知道钱还压在车里不给退。最后只能退给最后一个接LEASE的人，不会退给我。我去指责DEALER的人，她也知道自己错了，在跟内部和老外协商，两边都协商不动。请问，因为对方当时只是口头告诉我两周退回，当然对方现在对此也承认，我有没有可能通过起诉从DEALER拿到钱呢？2000的DEPOSIT实在不想就这么算了！

what does the lease agreement say about the security deposit refund? what evidence do you have for "口头告诉我两周退回，当然对方现在对此也承认" on paper? where is the receipt then when they took your security deposit?

1 有收据也有条款说到期时候退还给我 it is to be retained by you throughout the term for security purposes and then returned to me at the end of this lease.2 没有书面证明 我口头问她口头答的 她说目前在跟DEALER内部协调也在跟转我车的老外谈 大家能证明她在做努力 但是证明不了她跟我说过两周退款的事儿 这个恐怕没人能证明 3 I have the payment schedule and a lease buy out sheet which can prove the 2000 deposit is there.
其实我担心也是她翻悔不认账，说自己没说过给我退。因为当时只有我们两个人在场，没有第三人可以证明，也没有文字。这种事情一般谁会要求要一个书面证明啊。。
