谢谢， 不知能否现在给出termination notice and ask them to move out two months after (because they do have one month deposit for February)If they won't move out at the end of next month, I will sue them to landlord board. Any advice from experience people here? Many thanks!

sue them for what? you need a good reason to let them move out.
