枫下沙龙 / 游山玩水 / 今天和房东开车去了美国布法罗玩，海关的人非常不友好，把我们带的桃子没收了。房东的小孩对检验人员用英语质问说：“难道这桃子有毒吗？难道你们不吃桃子吗？请你放回去，我们不去了”我们好歹拦住他，他说以后再也不想去美国。美国海关又收取我们每人六美元（申请签证预定就六美元（？），签证费一百加元。那时我还差点和签证官吵起来，她让我去了三次才签到）。
返回加拿大时加拿大海关的帅哥倒是态度非常好。怪不得有人炸美国，没有人炸加拿大。连我们的同事都说美国人太横。

hehe..我都看美国签证官的脸色3年了!从第一次在北京签F2, 数九寒天要站在外边排队. 到往后数次在北京大使馆看签证官的脸色, 而且每次都要搭进站着排队的时间两小时.去年终于拿到了5年签证,还被盘问半天.所以如今我终于庆幸自己终于不用受臭签证官的气了.

4. Those officials just follow the procedure, I understand you are upset, try not to get too emotional.

这些我都知道，但是作这些事的时候，非要板起面孔训人吗？尤其一看是中国的护照，更是这样。真是狗眼看人低。不过政府的工作人员虽不怎么样，美国普通人倒是很友好。是不是他们没看见我的护照？对待中国护照持有人的这种态度，我看法轮功和民运分子功不可没。

平静地说，带新鲜，活的动植物进海关都要进行检验。你在坐飞机进加拿大时，不是填过入境表了吗？而且，b1/b2签证进美国确实要6美元，半年之内。不过，美国人的态度确实蛮横，但他没有刁难你。

所谓理直气壮，就是这个道理。我在过海关时，也遇到过冷脸冷面的人，但我知道自己没什么把柄，所以，我也以冷还冷。从你自己这方面呢，还是事先做些功课比较有底，比如，6美元和那张小卡片，你都不知道。

最让我看不起他们的是：我是五月二十五日预约的，因为六月一日起签证费从45涨到65，我在五月二十七日收到一封信，让我务必在六月一日以后再交签证费。美国人不是很富吗？怎么还算计二十块钱？虽然这钱已经报销，但还是让人感到很恶心。

我也同意！不过我们去年圣诞节前，开车去纽约玩儿，过Buffullo的时候，什么也没有让我们交，6美元，小卡片，统统没有，只是问了几个例行的问题，去多长时间，去哪里，带了多少钱，等等。我们一直奇怪这件事！

说实在的，海关官员做的没有任何错误，他不这样做是要冒着丢饭碗的危险的。你去中国海外领事馆办过事吗？美国的多数officer相比之下还是可以的。歧视每时每刻存在于我们每个人心中。
1、费用，没有任何问题。签证费，i-94费很多国家的人都要交。
2、水果，中国也是严格控制入境的，因为如果把病虫害带入过境，农业损失惨重。
3、签证三次才签到，什么原因？文件不齐？工作/落地时间不够久？

maybe you got the crossing-board permet, not the 10-Year B1/B2 visa. For the B1/B2 visa, every 6 month you need a new I-94 which costs you $6

Seniously, you are right, I went to the states many times, the customs do me the same thing, but we have a good conversation and they respect me. I just know this "Pyramid"came from mainland in late last year, my experience told me you usually get least respect from American, HK Chinese, and Taiwanese if you look like a typical Mainland Chinese.
