personally, I think a doctor speaks mandarin is a must. There is a url where you could seek for a doctor near you, but I can't remember it, but I think the best way is to ask your neighbour Chinese for recommandation.

3月底登陆，4月底寄出申请健康卡的信，本来6月初就可以享受这里的医疗保险，但是现在还未收到健康卡，正常吗？万一生病了怎么办？各位都是多长时间收到的？
