枫下茶话 / 法律 / close之后发现 MLS listing 是假的,是否可告i前房主 ?list说: 2011 roof , 实际是2000以前,(roof vendor 检查后,发现至少十年)
list 说:2009, furnace, 实际是 2004( 从service tag ,找到vendor 电话, call 要来发票copy)
购房合同里没提这些。
是否可sue前房主?或卖方agent ?

上面这句是否只让TREB 免责? agent 和f房主 能提供明显的假信息?还免于被起诉?如果这样,那谁还敢买旧房?
