枫下茶话 / 法律 / close之后发现 MLS listing 是假的，是否可告i前房主 ？list说： 2011 roof , 实际是2000以前,(roof vendor 检查后，发现至少十年）
list 说：2009， furnace, 实际是 2004( 从service tag ,找到vendor 电话， call 要来发票copy)
购房合同里没提这些。
是否可sue前房主？或卖方agent ?

上面这句是否只让TREB 免责？ agent 和f房主 能提供明显的假信息？还免于被起诉？如果这样，那谁还敢买旧房？
