在剧烈运动情况下用什么（比如踢足球）？

最好具体到什么牌子的什么型号的什么包装的在walmart第几个货架的第几层上面！！！！

sigh, if only my hubby can think this way. He never apply any lotion before he exposes himself under the sun. I told him thousands and thousands of time that the sun here is too strong, it's not good for him.But he simply doesn't listen to me. :-(

a lot of sunscreen lotions you can choose. Just be careful the SPF, Generally speaking...for working inside, SPF 15 is enough, for sporting, SPF 40 is OK. You can go to wal-mart or Zellers etc. I am sure you can not miss it. Good Luck.

I think so. Just choose lotion or cream without scent. Or you can choose baby or kids sunscreen lotion, that's much safer for sensitive skin, especially for man never use sunscreen before.

T字部位出油是混合性皮肤。建议你用水性平衡的防晒，有些访晒SPF虽然高，但是太油腻，涂了看上去油光光，不是大款就伙夫。我多说一句，你要是已经知道就算了，防晒要在出门至少20分钟前涂好，保证均匀和良好的皮肤渗透。SPF高的不代表防晒效果，代表更适合剧烈出汗或者游泳一类的运动，但是任何一种防晒都不是涂一下防一天的，最好在每2个小时补充涂没。还有一般防晒是不可以直接涂在脸上的，你要先在脸上涂别的护肤品。
