You may not agree with his belief, but he WAS a great man!Imagine a rich doctor, giving up all his wealthy and easy life, going to poor and dangerous countries (Spain and China), saving people's life and finally getting himself killed. I could not do that.

不知道当初白求恩信不信共产主义。如果不信， 那他其实就是这边常见的volunteer ， 把他说成共产主义者，国际主义战士， 极大的损害了老白在加拿大的形象。以前在星岛上看到， 当时开放他的故居时遭到当地居民的强烈反对， 认为他是共产分子。
