枫下家园 / 理财投资税务 / NT评论，请专家指正。似乎每股帐面约1.5USD,每股实际负资产2.3。去年每股亏0.7，目前每股现金应少于0.5元。如科技股能在6个月内反弹，则有希望脱离破产；如科技股见底不反弹，以目前市场状况，其实很难配股或出售资产；即使可以，负债比率更高，投资价值很小。故该股至少仍有50%下跌空间。

There may be some speculate in short term. Some investor buy NT these few days is indicated by the issue plan at price around 1.6 a few days ago.However, seems the plan is a combine of selling assets plus issue share. so the actual target price should be far below that. Anyway, i am also thinking about get in.
