枫下茶话 / 法律 / 又来请教ROLIA的大侠们了: 如果邻居的屋沿超过了地界线, 也就是说邻居的屋沿伸到了我们的PROPERTY里. 现在邻居要造篱笆, 把我们的BACKYARK的入口堵小了. 我可以以屋沿为理由让他们别把入口弄小了, 可以吗? 谢谢各位了. 请大侠别砸砖.

"邻居的屋沿伸到了我们的PROPERTY里" ?you sure of that ? it is out of my knowledge scope but how could that possibly happen? i guess there must be a law/bylaw says your structure must have a minimum setback from property line let alone cross the boundary

better find a lawyer for this. If the roof is indeed overlap your land, don't think that is legal. You can ask them to correct this and they have to bury the bill.
