This I could accept -- esp. when Chinese medicine teaching is typically full of illusions. Now, when you see so many self-claimed Chinese medincine masters flooding the GTA -- it'd start to get you nervous, very nervous!

Mind you, it's about health and life! If 野鸡中医only target your wallet, and give useless but harmless "medicine"/"treatments", that'd be fine with me - but a lot of them'd compromise your health and even jeopardize your life to get your money!

not jeopardize MY life, I never go to any 野鸡中医, why you have to go to 野鸡中医? the exist of 野鸡中医 is the fault of system, not the fault of real 中医

In Canada, alternative medicine is not regulated and the only thing you know is 中医's self-claims - and no one is liable if anything bad happens. Even you said: "加拿大既然没有把中医摆在那么高的位置,凭什么你对中医个人都说了什么要求这么高?"Should anyone risk their health in this status quo?

I didn't 彻底否定, and I never 谈什么科学 either. Speaking of logic, if you are lucky then it's 医术, or else it's lack of 医缘 -- then this logic is convenient. Unfortunately, the stake is too high when you use your health to try the luck.

u have to persuade people how to treat their own health, which is none of ur business, people have freedom and their own decisions. to me, compare to pharmatheutical drug, chinese meds are much more natural, that is what I b

此地野鸡西医不也是遍地开花? but a lot of them'd compromise your health and even jeopardize your life to get your money! 还是合理, 合法的干那事.哎, 别忘了, 还是公费医疗服务呢.

The difference is that they are bound by a highly regulated system.

u ignore another fact: the system does not say "NO" to chinese med, it is U to say "No"to chinese med, what system are u?

are u a highly regulated system?

The system allows "Chinese med" only if it's not treated as a "med" -- accordingly, the system doesn't provide the same regulation applicable to "med"."Chinese med" is currently categorized as "holistic practice" -- providing relaxation and leisure service just as food bath, back rub and so on.

"西方的系统也没敢禁止这个中药"? Last time I checked, it's illegal to sell Chinese medicine in Canada, if it's claimed to be medicine. If you claim them to be food supplements or nutritions, that's a different story - and hence different liability.
