应该只能读私校吧（私校总体只有质量好），得有人监护，从中国过来不知道签证容易不容易，我知道有韩国朋友家里一直寄养１－２个从韩国过来读书的小孩（小的只有小学快毕业的年龄），人家可能作为一份工作做。

I can't agree with you. At least, tuition fee in public high school is much less than that in university. I can't see why it will cost more for high school students.
