你可以找家庭医生让他ＲＥＦＥＲ，也可以找眼科医生直接挂号，如果我是你我会找眼科医生直接看，我在安省，所以不知道ＢＣ是否ＣＯＶＥＲ验光，安省是两年免费验一次

If you buy lens at the shop, usually they will provide you with free check-ups. Otherwise it costs around $150.00 to check your eyes (regular check) at a doctor's office.
