I got DivX5.02 from here. And got AC3 decoder from download.com but it seems not working, still. Win2000 Advanced server. You know why?

Well. I got it work:remove all previous version of Divx or AC3 decoder, download from http://nimo.everwicked.com and re-install the whole thing. A separate AC3 decoder is not good enough. Better use integrated AC3 decoder along with DivX decoder.
