枫下茶话 / 法律 / 父母移民终于下来了，可是他们和老公没法相处。打算给父母买套小townhome, 父母出首付，我付mortgage.那末title应是父母还是我们三人呢？如果以我的名义，算不算matrimonial home？

同学别乱支招啊~ 如果LZ自己一家不住那里就不算. 看Family Law Act里的定义~~Every property in which a person has an interest and that is or, if the spouses have separated, was at the time of separation ordinarily occupied by the person and his or her spouse as their family residence is their matrimonial home.
