枫下茶话 / 法律 / 求助，朋友在几周前收到一份call in notice，通知下个月去greater toronto enforcement center面试，请懂法律的朋友看看这个案件会不会很严重？下个月面试要不要请律师去？先谢谢求助，朋友在几周前收到一份call in notice，通知下个月去greater toronto enforcement center面试， notice上说到you may be a person who is inadmissible for misrepresentation on your application for permanent residence pursuant to subsection 40(1)(a) of immigration and refugee protection act, 后来通过这个notice上的file number到加拿大移民网站查了下，他的08底申请公民还在in process， 请懂法律的朋友看看这个案件会不会很严重？下个月面试要不要请律师去？先谢谢
