枫下沙龙 / 游山玩水 / 看了这么多贴子，才知道即使有了加拿大LP, 还要美国签证方能进入US. 但有了美国绿卡，就可随意出入加拿大，连中国护照都不用拿出来。想想我那朋友还要等6个月才可签证， 真是很不公平。

Do you know how long it takes to get a US green card? and how long for Canada LP? Which one is more fair? Take it easy, man. :-))

Sure, It took me almost 7 years to get US GC. 2Y in MS degree and 5Y in H-1B visa. If you lost jobs, then start from begining. Those were tough years.
