570，不让它回家，最长可以连续工作1小时40分钟，直至没电。但是通常它只干1小时左右就歇着了，那是人家觉得够干净了，不用再干了。要是觉得它懈怠，找customer service就是了，据说一年内的都给寄个新电池过来。

最近买了个550，用了两次，昨天用的时候，按clean键，它死活也不动了，语音提示是移到另一个地方，但把它移到什么地方它也不动，请问有没有XDJM有相同的经历啊?

我们买的也是这个型号的，到楼梯口就不会动了，试了几次都不行，这样的话，如果我们不在家让它工作，他肯定要在楼梯口喊erro喊到没电为止。没办法，也跟你一样，退掉了

为什么不用virtual wall? 那东西才是让它知难而退的，楼梯口停住的功能是防止它掉到楼下去，相对老版本来说，这是“更新”。

I bought 550 from costco and mine will work perfectly at the edge of the stair and automaticlly move backword when finish the stair edge area. It won't fall downstairs and never call help. I don't know what is wrong with yours.
