you can represent youself only if you are sole proprietorfrom Jan 1,2010. Claims in toronto small claim court will be increased up to $25000. you can represent youself in small claim court. but if money over $25000, you have to file plaintiffès claim in ontario superior court of justice in newmarket.you can represent youself only if you are sole proprietor . if you have company(other than sole proprietor ) suing the other people, company must be represented by a lawer for you.

before the limit is 10000 for small claim,next year it raise to 25000, how much somebody owe u?
