因为房屋结构的问题，使楼主一家在楼上正常的活动也会影响楼下一家，楼主如果换位思考一下，如果你住楼下，常常听到楼板上的声响也会心烦的，其实大家在这里生活都不容易，人家是单身母亲带着3个孩子在这里生活更不容易，只是她们选择了不恰当的方式表达她们的不满，所以说邻里之间和为贵，得饶人处且饶人，有事好商量，商量不通走人，反正楼主也想买房了。

If I were the one who live in the basement, I would report to management. There may be problem due to the structure, or due to excessive movement from upstair. I would let the property management to handle it first.得饶人处且饶人! It is both way, who started the war first? If you 饶人 but 人 doesn't 饶 you then you would be in trouble. I was in so many similar situations before. I had the upper hand but I was used to be 得饶人处且饶人 and I let them go. Beleive me! Everytime, they came back and hurt me very bad! So if someone starts a war with me, I would finish it!
