多伦多信息港(记者季翔报道)：安省政府已经悄悄暂停接受下岗工人对“第二职业”(Second Career)长期再就业培训项目的申请，以重新评审扩展该项目的方式。
该项目已接到21,000份申请，至少明年4月1号以前，将不再接受新的申请。
