钱应该不是在卖主手上,而是在卖方经纪手上。但是卖主不签字,经济不能还你。不过卖主不放手就不能接别人的奥佛。

this should not be conditioned upon the signature of seller, as long as you do not want to buy, you should be able to get the money back, your agent should have the responsibility to help you on this.

My agent said it's canadian law that only deposit ( In trust account in seller's company, broker has been signed by four sides, the money can be returned to buyer. Nothing to do with the offer (contract). That's also puzzling me up to today.
