It is impossible to leave criminal record.First, the police must charge you "criminal Xxxx". if other charge without criminal wording, its not criminal chage, no criminal record at all.
Even you got a criminal charge, and then the Crown may give you a chance to just say sorry. If not so, the Court 99% percent give you a chance: ask you to do community service or just scold you. No criminal record will leave.
