go to branch arguing with them yourself. I did twice, banks make mistakes quite often. chances are you may get your money back.

不好意思，不是臭豆腐。我上网查过，如果存款》=1000，FREE，否则，前12个TRANSACTION4。00，以后每个0。5，但我没有TRANSACTION上个月！

Sorry!臭豆腐是MJS。我在CIBC开户时，业务员和我说的。当然，我没有试过，我开了好几个户头，CIBC我认为最好！网上的Statment很棒，不大可能有错！有时间，你可以打个电话问一下，The service is very very GOOD!

电话打过，但总是流言电话！没办法，只好每次打到他们经理那。其他银行没试过，但觉得CIBC一般，电话每人接，流言也没人回，T4也给寄到老地址去了！

I hate CIBC which is so low efficiency. I've changed the address at least 3 times, they still send the statement to my old one.
