Very good. Lacks IS though, which will be very useful if you have shaky hands.
I'd like to pick a 70-200 F4 L IS or 70-200 F2.8 L IS, rather than this.

70-200/4 IS是一支非常优秀的头，比非IS的成像（据说）也好一些。两个都很好，成像都不会错。根据个人经验来看，长焦配IS非常实用，值得考虑。没有IS的话，光线好的时候没什么问题，暗了之后模糊的概率会上升

IS是防抖的，手抖会模糊。光线暗了之后会模糊这是为什么？问个问题，谢了先。I

光线暗的情况下，要保证足够的曝光，光圈大到极限，就需要降低快门速度。快门速度低了，相机抖动更容易造成成像模糊。

I recommend 70-200 f/2.8 IS. You know who you are. This is the best len in this zoom range in Canon product line. It is for portrait, sports, and everything about taking picture for peoples.

Get the best glass you can affort. You will never regret. Believe me, 70-200 f/2.8 IS. Though it is expensive, you can use it 10 years even more. If you get f/4 or without IS, sooner or later, you will upgrade and you will pay more.

这支镜头这两天在美国有 200 美金的 rebate... 另外， f4 IS 比这支镜头便宜些，轻便很多。不妨仔细考虑你的拍摄题材/习惯，在二者之间选一下 （很多人说有钱的话两支都要 ---- 出门一支，在家一支）...

我说的那个貌似 instant-rebate，amazon 上 2.8 IS 的价格已然是 1,499 美刀了 (如果现在有朋自美方来，不亦乐乎~~~~) ----- 但是你的想法我也很稀饭... ;-D
