Basically you are cheating, though it can be done if you are able to demostrate you plan to hire your parents as employees when they arrive and their expertise would be vital for the undertaking of your business...

This is not suitable to home besiness because the kind of business owner isn't permitted to hire foreign people such as his/her parents as employees.

I was told by my accountant.Home besiness generally belongs to Proprietorship company, not incorporation company, so it is really tough to hire foreign people for the former. She told me it is impossible to permit me hire a foreign person as my employee. For incorporation company, you maybe have chance if you have some reasonable reasons.
