枫下茶话 / 法律 / 离婚判决书(divorce order)上的名字打错了怎么办我一个朋友她要拿离婚证书(divorce certificate),要凭离婚判决书来拿(divorce order)， 但是她的名字在divorce order上被打错了，而要在第divorce cerificate上出现正确的名字，应该怎么办？ 我帮她咨询了里面的人说要做motion，还给了我几张表格，但是好像挺复杂的我搞不明白。除了motion还有其他方法吗？各位大虾帮帮忙哦，多谢！
