Go to court and ask to cancel it.I guess you can go to the court and ask the clerk there. You say that you want to cancel the restrain order. They will give you a date for court. You can then speak to the judge. Most ofter this can be cancelled. Of course, if your wife agree to do so. She can go to the court at the same day. If the judge ask her, she will say "yes". Then it will be ok. Do not need to hire a laywer this case. I did it just like that.
