千万不要用此厮. 我是看到广告上他吹自己有这个师,那个师. 验房时态度极不耐烦, 不准人问问题. 这个还是次要的. 要命的是地下室墙脚漏水也没看到. 我是搬进去之后, 做卫生时才发现的. 另外, 水管开后象打雷, 噪音令人难以忍受. 但他却说这很正常. 总结一下, 验房时自己要谨慎, 觉得不对劲的地方自己要亲自查看. 我家漏水的地方是楼梯拐弯下面. 里面有水表. 因空间不大, 我没有跟着进去, 最主要的是相信这厮是他自己吹的专业人士, 以至留下祸端.

I hired him as my inspector, and I am so NOT satisfied with his services. He seemed very impatient and never answered your question ... I will suggest to AVOID this guy if you can...

多长时间收到Audit报告？我的还没收到。另外，他建议换Toilet, 可得到$100+60Rebate, 有人做了吗？看了看市场上可Rebate的Toilet都要$200大洋以上，现在的Toilet用得好好的，有必要打掉重换吗？

你不要只看MODEL NUMBER ,看看下一行的STORE SKU#: 131926, 这才是它在政府中注册的, 然后你去两个PDF 里找找,就会看到的. 是否觉得TOO GOOD TO BE TURE? 有时候还是要相信政府的啊
