Job mate is surely garbage, canadian also has two brand -mastercraft & maximium.Maxiumium is kind of high end brand for CT - I never think it is true though. Black/Decker used to be top brand in NA before 70's. In 70/80's Their CEO screwed the company, it is no longer good any more.

我做了很多RESEARCH, 打算降价时买Makita 18V Lithium Or Bosch 18V Brute Tough.Canadian Tire 的工具基本上是不再给予考虑, 就是便宜.
Sears 's tools are best value, i never call it decent.
Dewalt is pretty good, but comparing with Makita, it is heavier, comparing with Bosch, the charing time is too long.
Rigid/Roybi is ok, at Sears level.
No matter what project you are going to do, I would recommend to get a combo with a impact driver for any outdoor project, would save you tons of time.
