枫下茶话 / 法律 / 请教大家:我在上高速之前的弯道上由于避让路边的沙石,车失去控制掉进了路边的沟里.当时前后都没有其它的车.警察来了后给了我一张offence notice并让我交110刀(85刀是set fine).

offence notice上说我(1)fail to drive in marked lane(2)contrary to:Highway traffic act, 而section部分是154(1)(a).我查了一下这个条文,我可能会被罚3个demerit points.

just came back from the court this morning. no matter what , just go. always get a bargin.three offenses dropped. one left with no demerit points. pay 70 instead of 110
