There is engergy saving type potlight, but I heard it is not very popular as it's relatively expensive and quality is not that great either. you could use Dimmer switch to save engergy

i see, i checked the stores this afternoon too. Looks like that kind of bulbs are not easy to be found. Good call for the dimmer switch, i will give it try. Thanks.
